How the Lottery Works

• Lottery hosted on UltraSignup for the 2026 AC100 Race
• Your card is only charged if selected for the Entrants List
• ~210 Lottery spots available (others reserved for volunteers, sponsors, Sterling Silver Ticket holders)
• Not selected? You’ll be automatically added to the Waitlist in draw order
• We will reopen limited waitlist registration later this fall if additional spots become available.
• Waitlist runners will be invited to fill open spots until September 10, 2026

Refund Policy

• 50% refund available through May 1, 2026
• 25% refund available through September 1, 2026
• Contact us directly to request a refund
• Refunds go to the original payment method if possible; after 5 months may be issued by mailed check
• No deferrals or rollovers

• In the event of cancellation or significant course changes, adjusted policies may apply

Entry Requirements

• Run a 50+ mile race between January 1, 2025, and September 3, 2026
• You don’t need the qualifier to enter the Lottery. 
• Virtual races do not count.
• You can submit your qualifier during registration or later by emailing your name, the name and distance of your qualifying race, and either an UltraSignup results link or official results via our Contact Us page.
  Deadline: September 3, 2026.
• Complete and submit 8 hours of Trail Work by September 3, 2026
• South of Fresno? Do Trail Work with AC100
• North of Fresno or out of state? Work with a local trail org or race
• Trail Work schedules posted in Spring 2026 on Facebook and Trail Work Page

SOLO Division

• No pacers or crew allowed
• Higher chance of being selected in the Lottery
• No division changes allowed after signup
• Eligible for special Solo Division awards and recognition

Lottery Boosts

• Previous AC100 finishes
• Entered last year’s Lottery but weren’t selected
• Entered the SOLO division
• Volunteered at the 2025 AC100
• Going for 4 or more consecutive finishes
